15 patients kot arini,and I'm totally exhausted...
Okay utk hari kedua ni klinik pakar di buka utk perbidanan,so I only meet pregnant patients

Hari ni just scan baby dlm perut jer,cek foetal heart,tgk twins foetal,identify placenta previa at the os,pastu tgk small operation for cervix's tumor,tgk baby baru lahir di mandikan,comel jer,huhu...
Fakta yg menarik aku nak kongsi dgn korang,fakta ni juge membuatkan aku sdeyh sebenarnya...
This patient's problem is actually suprises me,she is only 20 years old,one year older than me and 4 cm shorter than me,she is already 9 month pregnant...
Then doctor said to me,,,

Doctor:This patient is short,so she can't have normal delivery
Me:But why doctor
Doctor:Her heigh is not enough and she is very small therefore have a small hip bone,so the baby can't get through.
Me:But doctor,how's about the Dwarfism,they are much more shorter
Doctor:Yes,they are but they have a big hip bone
Me:so,this patient must have Caesarean?
Doctor:yes indeed...

aku btul rasa nak nangis sebab aku pown pendek,eh,bukan pendek atau renek tp kurang tinggi....hmmm:'(
Okay this is for today,Esok aku kne observe two operation for caesarean and tubal ligation,jgnlah bg aku pengsan,sudah:)
