Hari2 dah rajin exercise tp 15 minit jer
ngee lenguh kot kaki
Ni sume mak aku yg beli...aku maen mkn jer
ni produk laen plak...
ngee..semangat gile nak kurus tp aku ni kalo bab2 merancang memang no.1 tp pelaksanaan hampeh,mintak2 kali ni berjy...Rumah satu jom kurus~!espcially Jannah yg brtambah comel sjak duduk kat rumah tuh...huahahaha(evil laugh),hah Fairuz pown same gak...This month is the best month for diet,guess why?x de setan nak hasut kite nak mkn byk2,so take this advantage to control ur nafsu makan,ok?...plus this is fasting month..,
My best research for healthy eating diet:
1.mkn byk fiber...ni research aku and mira sbenarnye
mkn kentang jgn buang kulit sebab kat kulit tu lah mengandungi byk fiber.
mkn gak bertih jagung(pop corn) selalu tp jgn mkn yg byk mentega.

-fiber juga dpt enghalang risk of cancer tau
2.Start slow and make changes to your eating habits over time:
xpe jer lmbt kurus tp bertahan lm...jgn kurus sekejap tp gemuk memanjang,perubahan drastik kpd tubuh adalah tidak baik utk kesihatan
3.exercise regularly:
jgn sibuk nak kurus,beli sume produk kurus,pastu habis liver rosak effect of drug~ngee peringatan utk diri sendiri~.
exercise itu penting selain dpt mieningkatkan stamina dan kalo anjing kejar bole lari laju2 wakaka...

haha...diyah bce ni abes ar...ngee mira aq dah kurus weyh,semlm nenek spupu aq dtg..skali die ckp eh,dolly suda kurus bha,aq pun ckp besa2 jak ni..skali mak aq ckp dia diet bha tu...aduh,mama ni...nenek aq ckp lg,x pa bgus suda ni bgini,ndak py kurus btul bha...aq ckp ndak mo,mo kurus lg mcm ikan kering..wakaka
