Wah,cuti dua hari rasa macam sekejap je

belum completely recharge

ermm..macam besa A&E buzy..like a bee..bzzz bzzz bzzz

tapi yang bestnya bila walaupown doktor2 buzy

ada MA yg baek sedia membantu

nurse pown..(tp ada sesetengah tu kerek jgak)..but nevermind..

I know my place..sebab maybe aku sendiri rasa kekadang my presence is a burden to them

ok...bring me the case note please~!!!

1.Inguinal hernia

whether it is direct hernia or indirect

ok,patient neyh umur 21 years...bolelah tahan hensem..hahaha

1st tu doctor suspect he is having reducible hernia one year ago

reducible hernia means bulging of the hernia can return to its normal position by manipulation

manipulation like pushed back hernia to its normal positon..

dan hernia tu bole hilang bila baring...

but

tiba2 hernia tu jd irreducible

so,patient tu need surgery...

kesian tgk patient tu..tertonggek-tonggek dye menahan saket

aku pown tanya byk soalan dgn doctor tu sebab pernah dgrkan nama penyakit tu

hahaha

skali doctor tu explainlah..

end of the explaination,doc tu pown cakap

pergilah examine patient tu...

aiyak~!!!...malu seyh..

then the next day patient tu pown buatlah surgery

skalinya..jeng jeng jeng

tu bukannya hernia..

it's undescended testis after all

so,dr.hassan(doc ni org mesir) pown watlah surgery

so,patient tu pny testis descent to the scrotum..

but

kesian patient tu..he is suspected to be mandul

hmm..pity him..

2.over dehydration

sriusly first time aku tgk baby yg over

dulu doctor ada cerita kalo baby over dehydrated

dehydration neyh

the baby will have sunken eye

memang sunken abes..macam hantu..takot tgk

tapi tak delah sampai macam neyh..hehehehe

sian kot baby tu

but,after giving some glucose

baby tu back to normal

3.hematemesis

patient neyh datang muntah darah

byk giler darah patient tu muntah

aku tengok pown nak termuntah

pastu doctor suruh MA masuk kan tube dr hidung..

ya Allah,,,gler ar kesian..

baru je masuk sket pakcik tu keluarkan tube tu

pastu dye muntah

pastu try lagi

smpai bole..kesian pak cik tu byk kali muntah

aku x tau apa jd dgn patient neyh sbab aku x tahan tgk

aku balek rumah..loya..erkk

tiap hari makin best...

aku diajar utk ambil history patient

tp aku tak reti sgt sebab istilah medic bukan sm dgn istilah yg kita biasa pakai kan

contoh

aku tulis; BORN AT HOME,NOT BEING IMMUNIZE

yg btol:HOME DELIVERY,NO IMMUNIZATION

Doc tu suruh aku hafal nama ubat,effects dan side effects..

hah..neyh ada stadi time 1st yr

jgn nak tipu

but I kinda forgot

okay,patient tu having chest pain,sudden onset SOB

HE'S ALREADY 68 years old

kesian gila tgk..siap pakai Oxygen utk bernafas

ECG reading shows Atrial flutter

doctor yg assign patient tu pown suruh aku baca ECG mcm neyh

aku lupa macam mn nak baca..so aku pown bantai ar

BRADYCHARDIA..(sebab aku tgk ECG tu pny wave suma pendek2)

doctor tu pown cakap

''haish sembarang sejak ko neyh,,,Ini Atrial Flutter''

WHAT IS ATRIAL FLUTTER???

It is abnormal heart rhythm that occurs in atria

Af neyh often associated dgn tachycardia bukan BRADYCHARDIA

malu glerrr..tp tak pe next time dah tau dah

then pak cik neyh ada respiratory problem LEADS TO bad blood circulation LEADS TO accumulation of fluid

LEADS TO edema of all limbs

2.Cyanosis

Cyanosis is bluish or purple discoloration of the skin or mucous membranes due low oxygen

baby baru 17 day

datang memang dah biru abes nak dekat2 hitam dah kot

best2 tgk cara dorang handle

sekejap je dah normal

okay,byk benda yg dapat aku stadi hari ni tp aku dah ngantok

esok kena bgn awal..ada punch card seyh..x leyh lambat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

okay ni video cara utk palpate liver penting neyh tau~!!!

last but not least..neyh ada kisah lawak pasal patient

patient neyh eksiden so,ade wound dekat kepala dya..so,kna ar jahit

then

nak bius lah kan

pastu patient tu pown bagilah tangan dya

MA:Eh,Bkan di tgn di kepala sini

Patient:uina doc tembus itu nanti di tengkorak..(dgn muka yg serius)

hahaha...

p/s:ONE OF THE BASIC DIFFERENT BETWEEN ALLAH & HUMANS ARE;

Attachment...Accident&Emergency department...

baru masuk hari kedua,,I feel like..when is this going to end..1stly and frankly speaking,aku tak nak pown wat attachment tahun ni..i just wanna rest...I had stUdy really hard for 3 month straight..so,yess I DESERVE a nice good REST in MALAYSIA

then suddenly my mom said

''DOLLY WAT ATTACHMENT YA TAHUN NI..KASI BIASA DIRI..JGN JADI MCM HO S'KANG NEYH..NDAK TAHAN BANTING..LARI TIME KERJA SEBAB STRESS''

But mom..I was just going to have my vacation..okaylah.mn bole lawan ckp mama..syurga di telapak kaki ibu..pastu aku mohon for 3 department..I was told that I got pediatric department..I was very relieved

suddenly surat sampai..

hah??????????? A&E Department..I'm sosososososo FREAKIN OUT...

1st day:

pagi2 lagi dah kna marah dengan pengarah Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri..mood???totally ruin..smpi je hospital..Accident,4 death one very critical..with blood all over the place..dizzy...zzzzz...

2nd day:

ni lukisan doctor not me..

At first,it was fun..the doctor explain to me how to diagnose patient...

asking anatomy (yg I TOTALLY FORGOT)

baca urine report..specific gravity,leucocyte and so on

she ask me to memorise all the anatomical position..hahaha

nurse suruh aku suntik baby comel hihi

best!!!

and suddenly...call for ambulance

4 car collide each other

skali lagi patient dtg berdarah-darah

meraung-raung patients tu

memang ERKKK

so,doc ask me to wait in her room...

she said she will call me when she enter the sugery room...I was like yeah~!!!

tgk surgery lg...wlupun byk darah..walaupun tyme tu memang dah pening gler tgk darah yg byk plus blom sarapan lagi...zzzzzzzzzzz

so,I wait and wait...and wait.........and WAIT..

almost an hour

then I just went there and found out that the surgery is over..

okay,fine..aku nak balek rumah

A&E neyh dpartment yg sibuk..nak blajar susa sket..it's more towards observation

tak denye doctor nak explain2 dekat korang time nak selamatkan nyawa org..

so,frankly speaking...A&E sgt2 tidak BEST!!!!

petang pny session aku escape..

so,esok aku kena bersedia utk di marah..nice just nice..:(

asking help from kak ain..dunno much about A&E..any info gtau okay..

I'm trying to collect as much as info about A&E..

SO,X DELAH BLUR2 KAN

P/S:EVERY PROBLEM HAS (N+1) SOLUTION

WHERE N IS THE NUMBER OF SOLUTION THAT YOU HAVE TRIED

AND 1 IS THAT YOU HAVE NOT TRIED
